Fill out your new patient forms ahead of time and review your insurance and payment options, so your first appointment moves quickly. Our front desk is glad to help with anything this page does not cover.
Saturday Appointments
Woodbridge Smile Centre keeps Saturday hours for patients whose week does not leave room for a weekday visit. Book ahead or walk in, and we will fit you in when a spot opens. Saturdays cover checkups and cleanings, along with most of the treatment you would book on a weekday. If something comes up suddenly, we can see you then as well. Call the front desk or book online to check what is open this week.

New Patients Form
Insurance & Direct Billing
We bill most insurers directly, so you pay only your portion at checkout. We accept public plans including the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), along with private and association-based providers. Payment is by credit card, debit, or cash, and larger treatments can be split into monthly payments or arranged through third-party financing.
Payment Plans & Financing
Woodbridge Smile Centre bases its fees on the Ontario Dental Association fee guide, so you know what treatment costs before it starts and there are no surprises at checkout. Ask the front desk for a written estimate on any treatment plan and we will go through it with you.
Promotions & Offers
From time to time we put an offer on the treatment patients ask about most. Right now that means $500 off dental implants and $1,000 off Invisalign. New patients can also book an exam, x-rays, and cleaning at a set rate. Each offer runs for a set period and depends on what your treatment plan calls for.
