Night Guard Maintenance Tips

Clean Regularly

Rinse it in cool water when you take it out, then brush with a soft brush and mild soap. Toothpaste is abrasive and will scratch the surface.

Allow to Air Dry

Let it fully dry before closing the case. A damp guard in a sealed container picks up odour.

Avoid Heat Exposure

Avoid hot water, dishwasher, and even your car’s dashboard in hot months. Acrylic warps below boiling, and a warped guard no longer fits.
